7-year-old Isaiah came to Franciscan Children’s for extensive rehabilitative care after battling a serious and potentially deadly COVID-19 related inflammatory condition seen in children. When he first arrived, Isaiah could not eat, could barely stand and had lost all muscle tone. Through the hard work and dedication of Isaiah, his parents and his care team, he bounced back and walked out of Franciscan Children’s on his own after making a full recovery.
